These key steps will help you optimise the benefits of Equiseat Aid so you and your horse build better habits:
-
Equiseat Aid is supplied with our standard block size, recommended for all riders. We also supply Equiseat Aid with smaller blocks, once a rider is established. The timeframe to become 'established' varies depending on time in the saddle, but please do contact us for further advice on this.
-
Equiseat Aid should be worn on rider's strongest leg - usually the 'gripping' or 'bracing' leg which feels shorter or prime to losing a stirrup. Look for hair rubs on the horses side as a tell tale sign.
-
Gripping or bracing typically tips the rider's weight to the opposite side, giving the appearance of a longer leg and makes it difficult for the horse to track up straight.
We have lots of 'How to’ videos and our general FAQ on our website for more information and support.
In the meantime, if you need any help or advice please email: enquiries@equiseataid.com
Congratulations on embarking on your Equiseat Aid journey towards creating a happier horse!
