Returns & Refunds Policy

At Equiseat Aid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your Equiseat Aid within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in new, unused condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use, wear, damage, or has been used during riding.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you that your return has been processed.

If your return meets the conditions above, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Please note that refunds will not be given for items that have become damaged through misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or use while riding.
