Shipping policy
Delivery timeframes and associated costs are clearly stated on our website when you order your Equiseat Aid. Please select the choice of delivery required at the time of ordering. Once your order has been shipped we will send you tracking details, if applicable, to the email address provided on the order.
We are sorry to advise that we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
If we are unable to meet the required delivery date because of an event outside our control (including but not limited to strikes, floods, natural disasters, terrorist attacks and failure of public or private telecommunications networks) we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver Equiseat Aid product(s) to the address you give to us. The Equiseat Aid product(s) will be your responsibility from completion of delivery.
International delivery
We are happy to deliver worldwide! If you require international delivery, please select the International Delivery option on check-out and we will contact you via the email address you provide with confirmation of the delivery charge before we proceed with shipping. The speed of worldwide delivery is subject to your choice of delivery and speed of courier service.
