Leanne’s 30-year journey with horses has taken her across the globe, working with some of the most respected riders, coaches, top grooms, and equestrian professionals. Their influence has shaped her knowledge and techniques, not just in show jumping but also in eventing, dressage, racing, and hunting, giving her a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines.

Her career has seen her take on diverse roles, from Senior Coach in Singapore to young horse rider in Australia, as well as various management positions at riding schools, yards, and livery facilities across the UK and Ireland. Alongside this, she has competed in show jumping for both herself and her clients.

Committed to lifelong learning, Leanne earned her BHSII certification in her twenties before gaining invaluable hands-on experience worldwide. She has since achieved her UKCC Level 3 coaching qualification for British Showjumping. Her coaching ambitions for 2025 include becoming a Level 5 Performance Coach with the BHS for show jumping and training in mindset, NLP, and positive psychology.

This dedication to growth and development makes Leanne a perfect Area Specialist for Equiseat Aid. She actively incorporates the product into her own coaching, demonstrating her commitment to enhancing both her own skills and those of her students.
