Information about us

Our website is at www.equiseataid.com. We are a Limited Company registered in England and Wales under company number 13515881. Our Company Headquarters are based at Home Farm, Clifton Castle, Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 4AB.

Orders

Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

After you place an order for Equiseat Aid, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide on your registration form. The Acceptance Email brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that any amendments requested to orders after they have been placed are carried out, we cannot guarantee this.

Pricing and availability

We take great care to ensure that prices are accurate, although all prices are subject to change prior to the agreement between us being formed.

It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Equiseat Aid products on our website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the pricing of the Equiseat Aid product(s) you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase Equiseat Aid at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

We also strive to ensure the information on which Equiseat Aid products are available is accurate. If we discover an Equiseat Aid product is not in stock after you place your order, we will inform you of this and give you the option of awaiting stock (we will advise you of the timeframes) or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you have provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

Products

The images of Equiseat Aid products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Equiseat Aid. Equiseat Aid including the packaging you receive may vary slightly from those images.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes and associated costs are clearly stated on our website when you order your Equiseat Aid. Please select the choice of delivery required at the time of ordering. Once your order has been shipped we will send you tracking details, if applicable, to the email address provided on the order.

We are sorry to advise that we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

If we are unable to meet the required delivery date because of an event outside our control (including but not limited to strikes, floods, natural disasters, terrorist attacks and failure of public or private telecommunications networks) we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver Equiseat Aid product(s) to the address you give to us. The Equiseat Aid product(s) will be your responsibility from completion of delivery.

International delivery

We are happy to deliver worldwide! If you require international delivery, please select the International Delivery option on check-out and we will contact you via the email address you provide with confirmation of the delivery charge before we proceed with shipping. The speed of worldwide delivery is subject to your choice of delivery and speed of courier service.

How to pay

You can pay for Equiseat Aid products via PayPal. We do not currently accept debit or credit card payments via our online ordering facility.
